After attending culinary school and running a catering business in Israel, we married and moved to the United States.
We gained considerable experience cooking for hotels in downtown Boston, while pursuing degrees in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In 2003, we founded Dushez Kosher Catering, named after one of our favorite dishes, Pommes Duchesse. Ever since we have been providing our clients with delicious meals and personal service.
